Dear Family and Friends

Thank you so much for praying for my time in Cyprus. It was a full-on trip! It was great to finally meet Mags and Maradee who I have been walking with for the past year in person. They are part of the core leadership of the church plant team. Here is a pic of my first night there with them (two on the left) and the pastors.

During the week, I was able to speak to their Life-Groups, Youth Group, preach on Sunday and do Discipleship training, as well as some one-on-one time with different people in the church.

What’s amazing about this church plant, is that they have already connected with nationals who are attending different areas of ministry depending on where they are with their walk with God. I can’t wait to see what God is going to do in Cyprus through this team.

This past Sunday, I had the opportunity to preach in Slough as part of our Lord, Teach us to Pray series. We have been going through the Lord's Prayer in Matthew 6 and my verse to cover was "Forgive us our debts as we forgive those who have debts against us." You can listen HERE.

Next week I will be heading off to our annual Youth Camp. Prayers appreciated!

I would also really value your prayer for 2 more things:

Please pray for my health. Three months ago when I was on the mission to Lisbon, I came down with a chest infection. My breathing has not been the same since and I actually really struggled in Cyprus. I have gone to the doctor and after never having asthma in my life – I have now been given 2 inhalers to try to get things under control and to go away. I have also gone for a chest X-Ray today. Please agree with me that these inhalers will do the job and my breathing will be perfect and I will no longer need inhalers or anything else in the future. Also that the X-Ray will be normal.

Also, please pray for my financial support. For more people to join our team in reaching the nations in Europe! I know that the whole world is dealing with prices going up everywhere – including here in Slough. God is faithful and I am trusting for an increase to help with the rising cost of living.

You are such a blessing!! Thank you again for all that you do!

Dear Family and Friends

I’m writing this letter at the airport on my way to minister for a week with our church plant in Cyprus. I’m so blessed by what God has done this past month and I’m looking forward to seeing what He will do in Cyprus.

When I returned from America, I jumped back into work here in Slough, meeting up with some of the teens that I mentor, following up on our Connect Groups and I taught one of our lessons at our Follow Three Course. I love that in this small class we are representing 6 nations!

I then headed off to our European Student Leaders Camp in Marseille, France to teach on how to do One 2 One Discipleship. It was so good to be together again with these leaders representing 10 countries across Europe. It was a powerful week of impartation and ministry to equip each of them to be more effective on their university campuses.

I would really value your prayers over the next week as I minister in Cyprus. I will be speaking to their staff, youth, small groups, preaching on Sunday, teaching on Discipleship, teaching them how to use evangelism tools on their universities and building relationships with their church members.

Please also continue to pray for my finances and for more people to partner with me.

You are such a blessing!! Thank you again for all that you do!

Dear Family and Friends

Can you believe we are already halfway into 2022?! I arrived back from my trip to America on Wednesday, and I have hit the ground running – albeit, slowly from jet-lag, but it has been nonstop. This past Sunday the title of the sermon that was preached was “Having Faith for the Second Half”. I’m not sure how the first half of your year has gone but I want you to know that God can still do amazing things in the next 6 months as we surrender to His will and plans - no matter what the first half of the year looked like.

I had a wonderful time in America meeting up and sharing stories with many of you who have made it possible for me to do ministry here in Europe. It was also wonderful meeting some of you for the first time and I pray that you will be encouraged by how God is using me in Europe and beyond as the result of your prayers and support in the coming months.

For those of you here in the UK, I would love to set up a time to catch up with you. Please get in touch so we can make a plan.

Over the next 3 weeks I will be in preparation mode for many things coming up that I would really appreciate your prayer for:

7 June – Teaching at our Follow 3 Course in Slough

27 June to 1 July – Every Nation Student Leaders Camp in Marseille (Teaching on Discipleship and the Holy Spirit)

5-13 July – Cyprus (I’m visiting our church plant to preach, teach, encourage and help them in any way to become more effective and grow)

In addition to the above things I need to prepare for, I will have discipleship meetings with teens and leaders here in Slough as well as in Europe.

You might have noticed that I am doing more in Europe lately. This is because I have now become part of our European Missions Team that will be organising different types of missions throughout the year. I will be helping to plan as well as attending some of these missions. I will also occasionally be travelling to some of our church plants to consult, mentor and encourage the team and church such as the Cyprus trip I will be taking in July.

There will be lots of news to share in the coming months! I can’t wait to tell you what God does on these trips and in all of the meetings. Thank you so much for believing in me and for all that you are doing.

One last bonus to my trip in America was seeing my parents and sisters. They were very quick visits but it was so good to spend a little bit of time with them.

Thank you again for all that you do!
